Hi Invitationals participants!

Here are the details for tomorrow, Sunday,June 28, 2026.

7:00am Swimmer & Volunteer Check-in by Marlins tents in Tent City (Look for Orla Jones, Brianna Hodge, and Kim Edwards).
7:00am: Coaches Meeting
7:15-7:45 Warm Up for all Marlins swimmers (yes, even 6 and unders do warm up at Invitationals).  Warm up lanes: 6-10
8:20am: Volunteer Meetings

• Judges, Exchange Judges, and Starters meet on deck near the Announcer table.
• Timers meet at the pool entrance.
• Ready Bench volunteers meet behind the starting blocks at the boys' pool ready● bench.
• Runners and Proofing Team meet at the computer area.

8:30am Volunteers in position

8:57am National Anthem

9:00am: First event starts

Location: Round Rock Aquatic Centre, 2801 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664

Tent City (aka swimmer tents) are on the back side of the building. After swimmer check-in only approved volunteers with wristbands will be allowed in tent city. At the end of the meet, parents will need to connect with their swimmers at the swimmer entrance gate. Meet Security will be enforcing the Swimmer Only Area.

Parents are to set up their tents/chairs on the Gattis Road side of the building, outside the fence.

This meet will run two pools concurrently, a boys pool and a girls pool.
